Hydro-cutting systems
Hydro-cutting is primarily used to cut potatoes into French Fries. It can also be used to produce wedge cut potatoes, carrots sticks and wedges, for stuffing, onion rings, zucchini sticks, broccoli cubes, and many other value added vegetable products.
The capacity of a hydro-cutting system varies from 1000 kg/hr up to 18000 kg/hr depending on the size of the food pump, the revolutions during operation and the size of the product.
